Your exposure to relevant knowledge determines your level and expression of command in life.

But then, not all knowledge are being applied by men. We should then say that your exposure to knowledge and the application of it(WISDOM), determines your level of command in life.

The essence of relevant knowledge is to give authority in life, but not so with natural knowledge.
