journey of remembrance, as she explores the history of witch trials, ancient folklore, forgotten traditions, and the extraordinary lives of ordinary people.
Born from The Witch Wound Pilgrimage, The Witches Heartbeat is a gathering place for curious minds and wandering souls.
Through conversations with historians, modern witches, pagans, folklorists, healers, storytellers and people from all walks of life, we'll explore the beliefs, mysteries, injustices and human experiences that have shaped our world.
But this is also a journey through the present. From life in a little caravan with two dogs and a cat to the challenges, discoveries and unexpected encounters of travelling alone and rebuilding a life at 52, Kate shares the stories unfolding along the road.
Some episodes will be haunting. Others will be uplifting, thought-provoking, funny or deeply personal.
All are invitations to listen, question, learn and remember.
For the forgotten, the curious, the unconventional and those who have ever had to begin again.
