Abraham Hicks talks about ‘The Wobble Factor’. Meaning having conflicting or challenging beliefs that are out of alignment with your highest good. It is the sum of all of the resistance, all of the limiting beliefs, all of the low vibration thoughts and stories that often run on a loop and get you off track to what feels good in life. They throw you off track to feeling good, they lower your energy, they cause you to go into resistance. Blocking good thoughts to come in because you're operating at a lower frequency.

So the next time you are out of alignment and in a wobbly vibration, try coming back home to you. Notice what your feeling. focus on feeling good, shift from the external to the internal. Use your self care tools to get grounded, centered & calm.
