The Lost Daughter (2021) Vs. The Woman King (2022)

The Category for this week's battle is Female Directors. First is a breakdown of Maggie Gyllenhaal's directorial debut "The Lost Daughter" which wasn't exactly the film Mike expected. Then it's a breakdown of Gina Prince-Bythewood's "The Woman King" that packed a much needed punch to round out the episode. And of course what your host are really here for is to decide if either movie will be added to the Modern Classics Greatest Films of the 21st Century List!
