Not the best
It was basically an okay story, but the end was very disappointing. I hoped for a more dramatic ending - not a wishy-washy one.
Babara is a great author and after reading this book
What a writer. This book kept me in suspense from the first page. Babara is a great author and after reading this book, I have read about 10 of her novels and found each and everyone to be just as suspenseful from the first page as this was. I would highly recommend it.
Graet book
This was a good story, it shows how people can jump to conclusions about a situation without really knowing the truth behind it. It also shows how people who you thought was a good neighbor can turn against you in a situation and shows how some people can be compassionate in any situation. The neighbor was pretty so she was presumed to be bad.
My Best read for 2016
This was a good read! It had a bit of mystery as well as love story!The end left some questions for me so a sequel would be very nice.....
A Real "Page Turner"!
This is a great book to make you forget the lazy, hazy days of Summer that we are having now. Barbara has a talent for making the reader feel as if they know the characters in her books and The Woman Next Door is certainly no exception. These people could easily be your friends or neighbors and you often feel as if you are eavesdropping on their private lives. This story takes place in western Connecticut and, since I live there too, it was fun to read about towns that I know. This book explores many of the problems that are facing families today and is a "must read" for parents of teenagers.
