In honor of Women's History Month, we felt it was fitting to bring in some of the most knowledgeable women in the Motorsports industry on this special edition of Off The Record.

This week Mamba Smith plays host to Kelly Crandall of Racer, Sarah Tonsmeire of Knight EXP and Courtney Enders former NHRA drag racer.

In typical race car driver fashion, Courtney was running a little late, but she jumped into the conversation and the four have an absolutely great talk and it's interesting as everyone on the call comes from a different side of the sport. Kelly is a top-notch journalist, Sarah is a fierce boss in the world of Motorsports Events and Courtney comes from the driving side of things. Then, there's Mamba.
