Everyone seems to have an opinion when asked the question, "Who is Jesus?". It was this very question that Jesus asked his disciples in Matthew 16:13, "Who do people say that I am" and then "Who do you say that I am?". This question puzzled the early church and still brings confusion and division in many churches today. The Apostle Paul brings some clarity to the confusion in the Colossian church in our passage for today and his answer should help clear up any confusion for us as well. It is a question we much each answer for ourselves and the wrong answer could have devastating consequences. From Colossians 1:15-17.
