What does four years of doing the work actually look like?
In this episode, I sit down with one of my very first one-on-one coaching clients, Allyson. This is a conversation I have been wanting to have for a long time. We go back to April 14th, 2022 and talk about the version of Ally who felt attacked from every angle, who could not get through her day without fight-or-flight, who had no idea how much her life was about to change.
Four years later, she is living proof that it gets better. But you have to be willing to show up for yourself.
We talk about the moment she finally found her voice, what it means to be a fawner and why so many women see themselves in that pattern, and what real transformation looks like. It is messy, it is nonlinear, and it is completely worth it.
If you have ever asked yourself "am I the problem?" or felt like you were giving everything to everyone except yourself, this one is for you. You are not alone and it will get better.
If you are ready to do the work and start your own journey, I would love to support you. My 1:1 Self Love Sessions are now open and you can learn more here:https://lovelightintuitivehealing.com/selflovesessions
Topics covered: people pleasing & fawn response, self-abandonment patterns, setting boundaries, self-worth, nervous system responses, trusting your intuition, personal growth
