We are certainly living through uncharted times and our workforce is feeling it. Let's talk about it.  Around 50% of all jobs in America are expected to be freelance positions and/or 'at home' work going forward. What does that mean for you? How should we be looking at things differently these days? Is Tania requiring her staff to be vaccinated? If not, how often are they being tested. What are her thoughts on this? 

If half the workforce will be freelance, how substantial will people's social media accounts be going forward? They could really be an asset. Do you look at potential hires' social accounts and how much do they matter? I, Kimber, own a social media management company and obviously see potential here for me where I might not have before.
