I have the great pleasure of interviewing Dave and Jen Sears about the working teen...something they know a bit about. They have six kids, of which are soon to be five teens! They own a thriving business in our hometown and currently employee about 25 teens.
They give such amazing insight into what parents and teens need to work on to have good work ethic, be safe in the working world, with issues of the heart being foundational.
