1 Samuel 14:6...For nothing restrains the LORD from saving by many or by few."
God can save by anybody and by any number. All that God requires is a man who can say yes to His will.
Judges 6:36-39
The wool represents a person and the ground represents the environment.
From the experience that Gideon had with God, we learn three things that God can do; He can change you and leave the environment untouched, He can leave you intact and change the environment, or He can do all: change both you and the environment.
Our prayer should be, "Lord, do whatever it takes to change me." That is why we are seeking Him. Fasting and praying is one of the tools that God has provided for us to prepare our hearts; it is the evidence that we present before the judge Psalms 75:6-7.
Joel 2:13 So rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the LORD your God, For He [is] gracious and merciful, Slow to anger, and of great kindness; And He relents from doing harm.
The number one issue each one of us has to deal with is pride for it is very dangerous. That is why when God was talking to His people, the first thing He told them was to humble themselves (Chronicles 7:14).
We must cry to the Lord to shine His light in the tablet of our hearts to deal with anything that is not of Him if we are to attract His help (grace) James 4:6.
Philippians 3:12-14
There is one thing you will do and all other things will follow you. Each one of us must find out why Jesus saved or revealed Himself to us.
Paul said; "the reason why Jesus laid hold of me is that He wants me to lay hold of that thing which He laid hold of me." What is that thing? That is the That is the reason for your existence (purpose).
Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
We are not saved by the good works but unto the good works called the works of Grace.
God is a father; He sees your heart and knows the thoughts of the spirit. That's why He has given us the Holy Spirit inside us who takes the thoughts of the spirit, refines them, and aligns them to the will of God to help us do these works of Grace Romans 8:26 -37 GNT.
Revelation 5:1-13
Are you Worthy?
There were holy creatures in heaven but none was worthy to break the seals, open the scroll, or look at it. Holy is what God has created the beings to be but Worthy is based on what you have done.
The angels and elders in heaven were not worthy because they hadn't done anything but the Lion of the tribe of Judah was worthy because He prevailed; He qualified to open the scroll.
There are dimensions in God that can only be accessed and touched based on what you have done (works of Grace - Rev 2:7)
God is the judge to whom evidence is presented (evidence of what we have done). That is why there are things that the Holy Spirit will put in us to do until we overcome and prayer is one of them Revelation 3:21.
Revelation 8:1-5
Prayer heightens the angelic activity to perform God's Word in our lives. Every time we do not pray, we are making our angels redundant Psalms 103:20.
Nothing just happens on earth; all that we see are the prayers of saints that angels send back on earth from the altar. Therefore, if we don't pray, angels remain redundant. That is why you are very important in the plan of God on this earth, heaven is helpless if you do not pray.
