Hello everyone, long time no see. With the current humanitarian crisis in Palestine currently, I did not feel that it was ethically just for me to upload my regular self-help topics. I took a break for a while, however, I am back.

I decided to come back and briefly reflect on my thoughts on the injustice depicted in Palestine on the Palestinian people.
