This week, we heard a message on Luke 9 and the would-be disciples. As Jesus heads to the cross, He runs into three different men who for various reasons, were unwilling to surrender all to follow Jesus. Whether it was their desire for comfort, desire to meet family expectations, or the desire to take care of their own needs before committing to God, ultimately all of these things prevented these men from following Jesus.
