Rachel Benton joins us for her Life Chat Series where she takes us on a journey of recognizing how being abandoned by her father at a young age had such a cascade of effects on her life.

In the Summer of 2021 Rachel 'woke up' to the patterns and behaviours in her life that had been playing on repeat from this abandonment wound, which were self destructive. From the actions she was or was not taking in her business to her personal life, Rachel started to gain this deeper awareness that led her on a path of self discovery, healing and stepping into a deliberate creator of her life.
