It's been a little over a year since Jlynn and I have started our Spiritual Journey or as I see it now our shadow work. This episode is all about what we've learned so far and surprisingly a lot has to do with things we've gone over in every episode this season. what we've really done so far is become openly self aware and just really started our deep shadow work. Things we've learned through experiences or lessons will still follow us all our lives, but we are now more aware of them and in control.
