The Wrath of God Revealed

Many have chosen to construct an image of God that shadows their view of human being's evolving progress from fear to enlightenment, from superstition to a modern people of science. A wrathful God is, in their minds, an archaic remnant of a less enlightened time when humans where afraid of many things including their fathers. Today we have risen above most of our fears, and we know better than to project those fears upon our notion of God. And now because they don't want to be dismissed outright by those holding this enlightened view, many with go with them in the evangelical church and avoid any mention of God's wrath or hatred of the sinner in their sin. But the Bible is clear God is unchanged. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. And God is a God of wrath.
