The Wrestling Gauntlet

Here we are on the other side of the hot tag, ready to come in after a week off with all that you need to know in the world of professional wrestling.  This episode runs a little longer than usual but we bring everyone up to speed on the developments in New Japan as well as previewing the G1 Climax, then we move stateside and the return of Ring of Honor & cover 2 weeks of AEW, WWE, and NXT as well as touching on last week's Impact Wrestling.  Keep it plugged here and to our twitter account @gauntletpod for all the info you need.

Dustin & Jason are back with another wild trip around the wrestling world.  The wrestling world lost a true icon last week in the loss of Bullet Bob Armstrong and we open with a brief tribute.  The guys then transition to the NWA, AEW, Ring of Honor,  NXT, WWE, and of course our weekly voyage to the land of the rising sun, New Japan!  Stick around to the very end of the episode for the theme that Jason got stuck in Dustin's head during recording.

Jason & Dustin join you to recap a loaded week of wrestling action and to preview another one incoming.  We cover Saturday's AEW show and then the big WWE weekend of NXT Takeover 30 & Summerslam 2020 then end with some quick thoughts on some hot topics in the wrestling industry this week.  We don't touch on NJPW or Impact this week due to time constraints but we will be back with more content on them next week.
