After months away from the mic, I'm finally back — and so much has changed.
In this episode, I'm sharing a glimpse into what life has looked like behind the scenes since last fall: walking through a season of separation in my marriage, navigating long-distance life with my husband now living in Texas, learning how to let go of control, and discovering what it really means to live from self-trust instead of self-fixing.
This past year has held grief, surrender, refinement, healing, and unexpected beauty. I talk about what it looked like to set down the constant pressure to "do the work," stop trying to force outcomes, and instead let God meet me in the middle of real life — motherhood, marriage, health, work, identity shifts, and all.
This isn't a step-by-step story or a neat before-and-after. It's an honest conversation about what happens when life unravels, your heart softens, and you begin to realize that healing isn't always about doing more — sometimes it's about finally letting yourself live.
In this episode, I share:
the journey of separation and what shifted in my marriage
what this season taught me about codependency, surrender, and self-trust
how my health journey became part of my healing
why I stepped back from business, coaching, and the pressure to perform
what it means to integrate the work instead of constantly chasing healing
why I'm returning to the podcast with a more grounded, real-life approach
If you're in a season of transition, uncertainty, or deep personal change, this one is for you.
