Hi fam, welcome back to the show!

It's a new season as I have shifted into a new frequency as I've come out of the other side of a extended (wtf!!!) dark night of the soul.

In episode 32 I get into more detail about my root chakra activation and kundalini experience. We revisit the barge that is I, and celebrate that the ship has indeed course corrected. Yes, storms are a certainty to arise at some point, this is true. Yet - I feel very, very different now in terms of how I operate vibrationally speaking and I share this experience with you. Because if it can happen for me, one of most negative, desperate, depressed, angry and stuck people I knew (literally), than it can be true for you too!

And I invite you to join me on a year long journey into reality creation. It's not a course or a "challenge", just an invitation to devoting yourself to stepping into your power as the creator and story writer of your life. You down or nah?
