Healing becomes harder when you don’t have the words for what you’re carrying.
In this episode, we explore the emotional language needed during a Year of Healing—the words, awareness, and honesty required to understand yourself beyond “I’m fine” or “I’m just tired.”
Using attachment assessment results as the foundation for this conversation, we unpack how our attachment patterns shape the way we communicate, protect ourselves, seek connection, respond to conflict, and navigate emotional safety. The assessment became a mirror—helping us identify behaviors, fears, and emotional habits many of us have normalized without fully understanding.
Because many of us were taught how to function… but not how to identify what’s happening inside of us.
This conversation creates space to slow down, reflect, and begin naming the emotions, needs, and experiences we’ve spent years pushing past.
Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with fixing yourself. Sometimes it begins with finally finding the words.

This is the beginning of awareness. This is the beginning of language. This is the beginning of healing.
