  1. Focus on the identity you want to have.
  2. What's your WHY? 
  3. What's your 1 big goal?
  4. Accept doing the least appealing task first.
  5. Recognize that resistance is part of what you have to overcome.
  6. Remove distractions!
  7. Develop your system.
  8. Reward yourself.
