But it's not any old discussion about leadership and coaching!

Michelle is responsible for People, Change and Transformation and has written a thesis recently about coaching and leadership involving a yellow LEGO duck! 

Leaders need to be inspiring, to empower and value people and allow individuals to challenge. All of these things create a culture of trust which is key in any organisation.
