Kian Betancourt graduated high school at the age of 15, he completed his bachelors at the age of 19 and his masters in experimental psychology by the age of 21. At 24 he is only one year away from earning his PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University. He's something of a Doogie Howser in IO Psychology.

Kian and I recently had the pleasure of discussing alternative education, EQ, personality and creativity, the use of microbreaks to recover and improve performance, and cooperation vs. competitive orientation as a means of striving to achieve goals.
