In February 1978, 5 men drove from Yuba City to Chico, California to watch their favorite basketball team play. They never returned home. Their car was found in the rugged Plumas National Forest, high above the snowline and 70 miles away from anywhere the men should have been. The condition of the vehicle and circumstances under which some of their remains were found raised questions which, to this day, have never been answered.
