An attorney by training, Joe was an integral teammember at the launch of Outback Steakhouse and Bloomin' Brands, where he worked for more than 25 years as Chief Legal Officer. Joe is also a former Chairman of National Restaurant Association, serves on numerous Boards, and is a consistent champion for the foodservice industries.
