Sorry its a bit late, with the fixtures piling up its take a bit more planning ahead to get the podcast out there.

There's been 3 games since the last episode of COYS In The Hood but the focus this week is all about the game at Old Trafford on Wednesday night but more importantly the performance (or lack of). It was a frustrating watch and a tough one to take but its time for calm and there are still plenty of things to be positive about going into the weekends fixture against the Barcodes on Sunday.
