"As in, the best way of exercising in the heat, if you're just getting started, is to actually hydrate and simply, maybe for, like, 510 minutes, stretch in the heat. And it's just harder as a workout is doing push ups, sit ups, and all that. Stretch and deep breathing, because you will want to condition your body first to acclimate itself to the heat. So it takes time to do that."
