In this episode of the #theEDDMpodcast, I’m joined by the Harborne ward staff – Declan and Clare – from the QE hospital in Birmingham to speak about EDDM as a whole and how, as a multidisciplinary team, these guys have implemented improvement projects and ideas to embed EDDM into daily work on their ward.
