Because I wasn't born when he was alive and transitioned, it was only right to still give him his roses by acknowledging him who is apart of my bloodline/lineage. His music from what I have heard (small snippets), is unmatched. He is the original that has a journey of doing what he loved, what he had passion for. To my Monk family, we have greatness in our blood, lets utilize it now.
