This episode is an honest look at my then vs now. There was a time when my mornings weren’t mine. I was commuting to work, rushing out of the house, and living around someone else’s schedule. Life looked fine on the outside, but most days I was just counting down the hours rather than actually enjoying them.

Now my life looks very different. I choose how my mornings start, where I work from, and how present I get to be with my children. I’m not squeezing life around work anymore, I’ve built work around the life I actually want to live.

This isn’t about overnight success or pretending it was easy, because it wasn’t. It’s about reaching a point where I knew something had to change and being willing to take responsibility for changing it. I didn’t wait for the perfect time or for confidence to magically appear, I made decisions and figured the rest out as I went.
