On this sit down episode, I talked about how my whole reconstruction phase is going. I meditated yesterday for 20 minutes and I feel like a new person ! Everyone should try to think about 4 goals a day and try to complete them. If you can't complete one, then it'll just be another goal added onto the next day or until you can get it done.
