In this episode I follow up a bit on the previous discussion of layers of identity based on Warwick Fox's theory of Transpersonal Ecology. These layers include Personal identity, Ontological identity, and Cosmological identity.

I follow this up with theories on what "the self" even is and how it equates and relates to "identity" as a way to understand what the hell consciousness is.
