Therapy - Finding a Therapist

Anxious Laughter is a podcast about me and in particular about my mental health. There are two strands of episodes. There are those in which I talk for half an hour, known as the monologues, and there are those in which I talk to someone else, known as the conversations.

The two strands actually have a slightly different feel to them, and you don't need to listen to one strand to enjoy the other.  If you listen to both, you'll see common threads, though.

I'm always open to talking to new people on the "Conversation" episodes, though, so if you are interested in talking to me, get in touch!
