A little pre-holiday reminder that life can get stressful and its ok to ask for help.  In today’s episode we talk about therapy and what the process looked like for us.  Your mental health is so important, and we always like to keep it top of mind, protecting it in whatever way that looks like for you.  Therapy is one of the many tools we use to work through issues, and we’re proud enough to yell it from the rooftops.  We hope you get something out of this episode, if it's at least just eradicating the stigma of prioritizing our mental health.
