This week I spoke with Ty Redmond about his journey from student, to sales representative, to semi-pro football team owner, to school principal. We discussed his upbringing, his experiences as a young professional, why he ultimately chose to return to education, and how we address many of the rampant issues in education—especially those affecting young men of color.
