The US Department of Education is in the middle of a significant overhaul of Title IX regulations. These regulations will significantly impact what happens at colleges and universities across the country. There have been thousands of responses to the public comment period. These comments cover the entire spectrum of thought. We will look at the proposed rules and offer our opinions. We will be joined by Amy Brown, an attorney specializing in Title IX and who previously served as a college Title IX director. 

The final regulations will be published in May of 2023 and will most like take effect in the fall of the year.
