Meet Lucy Cox 

I am an experienced business coach, specialising in female enterprise and the unique barriers that women face when it comes to starting, running and growing a business. Whether it is the mind-bending multi-tasking, the crippling imposter syndrome, parental guilt or the societal barriers that women in business are all to used to bumping up against. I help women find the courage to achieve what they have always been capable of. 

Having run my own businesses since 2012, and given up and restarted countless times, I have been on my own personal enterprise rollercoaster. Despite having a first class honours degree in Business and Chartered qualifications in marketing, I have experienced all the personal and cultural challenges that women in business face and often found it too much to move past. However, rather than run from these challenges now, I have developed strategies to face them confidently which I now help other women to do. 

I do this under the banner of Equinox Business (for which I am co-founder). We are a small group of incredible business women, trainers and coaches, each with our own unique specialism and passion for helping women get to where they want to be. We do this via deep 1:1 coaching, online courses and group workshops, but it all starts with one simple free conversation.
