Today Greg reminds us that this can be a very depressing time of year for some.  They can lose hope and fall into despair.  Remember Proverbs 11:25 "Those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed."  Check on those who may be having a hard time.   Remember, there is always HOPE.   If you can't find someone to talk to, call 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
