Academic and sporting achievement have been the norm for Shea from a young age and we aim to uncover the principles that underline this. Discipline and focus, what they mean to Shea and how he is able to maximize his output form the basis of the episode. We touch on his experience with Armagh GAA and how he has harnessed this in life since. We pose the question asking does he see himself playing for Armagh in the future.
