There is 'no owner' of thoughts

‘What you face’ or ‘what is happening’ is not under your control-this is simple to understand. Realisation happens when you notice that what you ‘feel’, ‘experience’ is also not under your control.
As digestion of food, circulation of blood, breathing in and out and so on are non-volitional processes-whatever arises in the mind, the thinking process, is also non-volitional.
Thinking, memory, imagination arise in the fluid field, limitless field. There is ‘no one’ thinking. There is ‘no owner’ of thoughts.
The function of thinking is to describe, name something. It comes under the illusion as if it desires, decides, causes movements.
Then who desires, decides, causes movements?
There is processing, the movement going on in everything including the brain. Even in stationary things, in every material, in every natural thing. What you feel (anger, anxiety, confusion and so on) from moment to moment is also a process, a movement.
Who is controlling, operating this movement? Or How to set right this process? This question itself is a movement, a process. There is no way, you can separate yourself from the process.
There is only the process, the movement.
Thought can give some name to the mechanism; it is not the controller of the mechanism.
Then who controls the mechanism?
Again it is a thought coming out. Suddenly, the self-sustained mechanism is recognized.
There is seeing, there is listening, there is impulsion to speak, there is feeling of touch and so on. Can one notice that there is no one who sees, listens, speaks, touches?
But I am seeing, listening, speaking, feeling the touch and so on?
This is simply a thought arising in the mind.
Suddenly, the ground is realized.
