Today on the podcast, we welcome Erin Murray. Erin Murray is a nutrition, health, and strength coach that that splits her time between clients and academia. Her passion for science and whole foods directs much of her work, where she focuses on transforming biochemistry into delicious meal ideas, actionable steps, and sustainable new lifestyles for her clients. Her work also centers around a whole systems approach, where she synthesizes research on food, climate, and biological sciences to work towards building people and communities that make American food culture a healthier and more holistic one. She currently is finishing her two secondary degrees — a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion as well as her clinical work to be a dietitian. She sees clients online from around the globe, in addition to teaching and working in a microbiome research laboratory. Her deep belief in the connections between person, land, and food guides her own lifestyle so that she may lead by example. For that reason, you will find Erin in the kitchen, her garden, or with her chickens if she’s not in the lab or gym!
