We all have it....that extra pocket just below our button that is resembling a tire. I call that my BellyBag. It's my spare bag of negative emotions and I've carried it around for almost 6 years. Pre-whitedress situation - my bag was smaller, lighter. Post-whitedress situation - well let's just say this puppy is heavy. In 2020, maybe a bit before, I'm tossing it out. I'm saying goodbye to my anger, betrayal, hurt, untrusting, negative behavior. I'm throwing my #Bellybag in the trash. Join me!

Anger, hurt, rejection, animosity, bitterness, sadness...these are all natural poisons affecting our bodies and minds. Every time we cling to the poisons, we allow our personal trashcan to fill up. This weakens the soul. It's time to take out your trash!
