With the state of the Aussie Dollar, going on a cruise could be one of the best ways to combat the exchange rate when heading overseas.

Brad Kennedy from Cruiseabout told Bill McDonald on 4BC Mornings, "cruising is a great way for people to avoid currency fluctuations and bill shock at the end of your trip."

"What we've seen over the last five to ten years is cruise lines really go out and build new products for new customers, there is a cruise ship for everybody."
