Genesis 21:19 "Then God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water."

There was a well of water near Hagar but she was too focused on her internal pain to see the solution that God had provided. 

When we focus more in our problems than in God's promises we tend to miss out on the opportunities He has provided around us.

In this year may the LORD open your eyes to the vast opportunities He has put in place for your total well-being.
