'There’s actually a real tiger on campus and his name is Mike'

Champion Chatter - Season 02 Episode 23

The agony of a second Munster Senior Hurling Final defeat is offset by All-Ireland wins for the Banner in the intermediate ladies football and junior camogie championships. In another major Clare success story, golfer Aine Donegan qualified for the upcoming US Open in Pebble Peach at the start of July and Eoin and James were delighted to welcome her to the studio during her first trip home since that news.

The flagship footballers and camogie squad face big tests this Saturday while there’s also plenty of club activity with Wednesday’s county adult hurling and football championship draw, the final round of the Clare Cup and the Cumann na mBunscoil Finals in Cusack Park on Wednesday and Thursday.
