We were thrilled to be joined by Brandon Keithley this week. Brandon's technical title is executive admin for Charles Herbster and the Conklin Company but he does so much more than that. As we spoke with him he was working on harvesting about 3,000 acres of crops in Nebraska and so we talk about the season of life, knowing when and how to harvest, and also planning ahead for the upcoming seasons in advance. Brandon also talks about valuing your team and letting everyone do their part so that the whole organization can be successful.
