Research and thought leaders often promote that professionals must find a job/career that's both intrinsically motivating and in alignment with their core values. The outcome of obtaining a job consistently leads to increased employee productivity, skill development, and longer-tenure. However if we are willing to discuss and advocate this value, then we must also acknowledge the rarity of finding these jobs as well as other positions that exist.
