Today I speak with IFBB Bikini Pro Theresa Mendoza-Cura, who recently turned pro recently at the 2023 Muscle Contest Masters USA after competing for 7 years. She has been competing since December 2016 and has been working to earn her pro card 2018. She has competed in over a dozen shows and has worked  to make the best out of the situation and used the time to really develop the physique she needed to earn her pro card. She just started offering posing to newer athletes, including feedback, critiques, and routine development. Theresa also co-hosted a podcast series called Bikini Talks.
