Baroka FC and Zimbabwe goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze has opened up about how hurt he is by allegations that he was involved in match fixing while at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Egypt. Chipezeze was in goals when the Warriors of Zimbabwe crashed out of the tournament losing 4-0 to Democratic Republic of Congo. This is a game one Zimbabwe publication claimed the keeper received money to concede goals. Chipezeze now back in pre-season camp with Baroka says he is hurt by these allegations which could end his career. Bakgaga coach Wedson Nyirenda says his keeper is a strong boy and he will overcome this with time.
