I have felt pain from others and have fought with myself within because I didn’t have anything to blame. It intensified my emotions but that’s just me facing it right? The peace I have felt after is so relieving because I cried it out and let it be. There wasn’t anything anyone could do except me at this moment, I can feel it out and practice forgiveness for myself and others.
